Key Responsibilities

* Drive career services strategy, overseeing planning, staffing, and budgeting to deliver high-quality support. * Foster connections between students, employers, and the university, analyzing job market trends and building strategic relationships. * Architect partnerships with external organizations to expand opportunities for students and alumni, enhancing their career prospects. * Provide expert guidance and advice to students and alumni, helping them navigate the job market and achieve their career goals. * Lead the development and implementation of alumni relations and engagement strategies, cultivating long-term relationships with the university. * Design and deliver career development events, workshops, and seminars, bringing together students, employers, and alumni to share knowledge and expertise. * Collaborate with campus stakeholders to create alumni engagement and leadership programs, driving community involvement and social responsibility. * Manage corporate outreach programs, fostering strong relationships with employers and industry partners to drive job placement and internship opportunities. * Oversee recruitment, interview, and job placement services, ensuring seamless transitions for students and alumni into the workforce. * Align career services with academic and internship needs, working closely with faculty to ensure a cohesive and effective approach. * Develop and lead the careers and alumni team, driving strategic goals and objectives, and managing performance to achieve exceptional results. * Analyze and report on key metrics, including placement, internship, and work-based learning outcomes, informing leadership and driving data-driven decision-making.
