Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead accounting operations, ensuring seamless management of financial transactions, inventory control, and manufacturing costing. * Drive financial discipline by maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledgers, charts of accounts, and performing regular reconciliations. * Architect and implement robust internal controls, enforcing standard operating procedures for inventory management, production, and sales. * Lead inventory management, maintaining precise stock records for raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, and trading goods. * Manage stock movements by recording goods received, material issues, production, and transfers, and conduct regular physical stock counts. * Analyze stock variances, identify slow-moving and dead inventory, and develop strategies to optimize stock levels. * Develop and maintain accurate bills of materials, track material consumption, and calculate product costs to inform pricing decisions. * Compute manufacturing overhead absorption, perform margin analysis, and provide cost data to support business decisions. * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, maintaining proper documentation for all transactions. * Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights to drive business growth and improvement.
