* Spearhead production planning and scheduling, leveraging sales trends and market demand to drive manufacturing efficiency and cost optimization. * Dynamically adjust production schedules to respond to changes in demand or production capacity, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery. * Foster strategic partnerships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, negotiating fair terms and ensuring mutual understanding of obligations. * Build trust and facilitate open communication with subcontractors to guarantee successful outsourcing projects and high-quality results. * Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, aligning production teams, subcontractors, and management on priorities and targets to achieve shared goals. * Oversee the successful execution of outsourced projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards. * Assess the performance of external stakeholders, ensuring contractual obligations are met and identifying areas for improvement. * Harness the expertise and resources of subcontractors to drive cost savings and efficiency gains. * Coordinate logistics and warehousing operations to ensure timely product dispatch and storage. * Proactively manage inventory levels, balancing raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstock. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, quality control, maintenance, sales, and R&D, to ensure a smooth production flow. * Develop and present insightful reports to senior management, tracking key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, production efficiency, and resource utilization to inform strategic decisions. * Lead and develop production planning staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. * Implement and manage production planning software and data analysis tools, enhancing visibility, control, and efficiency of production operations.
