Key Responsibilities

* Drive international sales growth by leveraging phone, email, and other channels to engage with customers worldwide, promoting Japanese used car exports. * Foster strategic relationships with existing customers through targeted telesales efforts, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue expansion. * Architect and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking high-quality prospects and converting them into loyal customers. * Deliver exceptional after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Spearhead advertising and direct sales initiatives, product promotions, and corporate sales planning to maximize brand visibility and revenue. * Lead monthly sales efforts, setting and achieving ambitious targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach. * Develop and execute tailored sales strategies, addressing customer inquiries, and providing personalized support to drive business growth. * Build and nurture strong relationships with overseas clients, promoting Japanese vehicles and driving sales conversions. * Proactively generate and qualify leads, managing customer interactions and maintaining accurate CRM records. * Provide top-tier customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. * Consistently exceed monthly sales goals, driving revenue growth and expanding market share. * Stay abreast of market regulations, trends, and product updates, applying this knowledge to optimize sales strategies and improve customer experience. * Collaborate with the team to implement training and guidance, enhancing productivity and efficiency. * Innovate and suggest creative ideas to boost sales, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business success. * Manage and execute a range of sales and marketing activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.

  • Proven Telesales or B2B experience
