* Spearhead the growth and expansion of a corporate client portfolio, driving business development and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. * Architect tailored financial solutions, leveraging credit analysis, risk assessments, and industry insights to meet clients' evolving business needs. * Lead the pursuit of new business opportunities, structuring deals and negotiating partnerships that propel revenue growth and market share expansion. * Drive business origination, identifying and capitalizing on leads in structured finance, refinancing, and green financing to fuel portfolio expansion. * Analyze and interpret complex financial data, including statements and models, to inform strategic decision-making and optimize client outcomes. * Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, forecasts, and reports, providing actionable insights on market trends, economic conditions, and client performance. * Conduct comprehensive industry research and analysis, staying abreast of emerging trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity. * Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including CRM, Operations, Treasury, and other departments, to ensure seamless service delivery and regulatory compliance. * Build and maintain professional networks with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, lenders, and corporate entities, to facilitate business growth and access to capital. * Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports, adherence to corporate governance standards, and uphold the highest ethical business practices. * Design, implement, and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to drive data-driven decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic growth initiatives.
