* Drive EHV cable production up to 500 KV, ensuring efficient operations and meeting production targets. * Architect and implement effective measures to minimize scrap and material deviation, aligning with management-set targets. * Lead quality control initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste. * Manage production workflows to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity in the EHV cable production line (CCV & VCV Line). * Develop and execute strategies to reduce material costs and optimize resource utilization. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. * Oversee and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 standards.
