Key Responsibilities

* Foster strategic partnerships with key decision-makers at top institutions, corporations, hospitals, and government agencies to drive business growth and promote the company's brand. * Scout and capitalize on new business opportunities in the government, NGO, and private sectors to expand the company's institutional client base. * Develop and execute sales strategies for national events and mega conferences to maximize product visibility and sales. * Facilitate high-level meetings between organizational leaders and senior sales management to negotiate and secure sales agreements. * Collaborate with supervisors to craft compelling quotations, participate in tenders, and secure new business deals. * Deliver against monthly and yearly sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and meeting Sales Manager expectations. * Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints promptly and professionally in accordance with company protocols. * Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, progress, and performance, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and informed decision-making for future sales initiatives.

Requirements

Experience

At least 1 year

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors

Additional Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in institutional or corporate sales
  • Experience in pharma OTC or FMCG products is preferred
  • Target oriented with can do attitude
  • Hard working and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must know motorbike riding and must have a valid driving license
