Asst. Manager/ Deputy Manager, Maintenance (ACI Premio Plastics Ltd.)

* Drive maintenance excellence by overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems to ensure uninterrupted operations. * Architect and implement strategic maintenance plans, providing leadership and direction for the maintenance function across all factory systems. * Deploy resources to deliver 24/7 support for production operations, minimizing downtime and optimizing equipment performance. * Develop and execute comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs, leveraging data and OEM guidelines to reduce downtime and extend asset life. * Spearhead root-cause analysis of equipment failures, implementing corrective actions and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently. * Lead and mentor the maintenance team, providing coaching, technical guidance, and performance feedback to enhance capabilities and develop multi-skilled personnel. * Manage maintenance KPIs, including MTBF, MTTR, and overall equipment efficiency, analyzing trends and driving continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with production and procurement teams to align maintenance activities with production schedules and ensure timely availability of spare parts and external services. * Champion safety and environmental compliance, enforcing strict adherence to factory safety standards and ensuring maintenance activities meet local laws, environmental guidelines, and company policies. * Optimize equipment performance and drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance overall maintenance operations.
