Executive / Sr. Executive –(Techno-Marketing Pharmaceutical, Business Development)

* Drive business growth by delivering innovative formulation solutions, regulatory-compliant commercial strategies, and value-added product promotions to pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and veterinary manufacturers. * Architect technical support and guidance to enhance product development and manufacturing efficiency, leveraging expertise in APIs, branded excipients, nutraceutical ingredients, and packaging solutions. * Lead strategic engagement with cross-functional teams, including R&D, PMD, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, and Procurement, to foster collaboration and drive results. * Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, international suppliers, technical partners, and regulatory consultants to support sustainable business expansion. * Identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and technical trend spotting. * Develop and execute impactful technical presentations, product positioning strategies, and consultative sales proposals to drive commercial success. * Manage compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with global regulatory standards, including FDA, MHRA, TGA, WHO-GMP, and EU requirements. * Collaborate with global suppliers, technical partners, and regulatory consultants to support product launches, portfolio expansion, and commercialization initiatives. * Travel extensively to strengthen market presence, build strategic partnerships, and drive business development through client meetings, factory visits, technical seminars, and international events. * Contribute to long-term organizational growth by integrating technical and commercial excellence, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional customer value.
