* Drive strategic alignment across the group, ensuring all companies are working towards common goals and objectives, and executing long-term growth plans. * Foster a culture of collaboration, leading cross-functional teams and departments to achieve seamless communication and resolving interdepartmental issues. * Architect engineering projects, overseeing timelines, technical compliance, and quality standards, while managing resource planning and technical reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards. * Spearhead financial management, supervising planning, budgeting, and cost control, while ensuring timely financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and optimizing profitability and financial sustainability. * Develop and implement procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing that meets engineering requirements, while monitoring supplier performance and contract compliance. * Optimize factory operations, leading initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness, while maintaining quality standards and adhering to budgets. * Represent the Group in high-stakes negotiations, partnerships, and stakeholder engagements, building strong relationships with regulatory authorities, industry stakeholders, investors, and corporate communications teams.
