Project Engineer - Civil (Rupayan Housing Estate Ltd.)

• Drive quality control, safety, and security initiatives in high-rise building projects with multiple basements, leveraging expertise in project management systems. • Architect and manage daily, weekly, and monthly construction schedules, aligning with master plans to ensure timely progress and milestones. • Oversee and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and relevant documents to deliver high-quality results. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including corporate office departments, to coordinate drawing, design, material, and utility work, driving project efficiency. • Lead quality assurance efforts, monitoring construction work to meet design specifications and maintaining rigorous quality standards. • Manage cost control and estimation processes, including preparing estimates, verifying requisition lists, and ensuring accurate quantity and quality control, as well as stock management. • Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards, identifying areas for improvement. • Interpret and analyze construction drawings to inform project decisions and ensure accuracy. • Validate and certify project reports, including Monthly Progress Reports (MPR), Material Receipt Reports (MRR), and petty cash expenses. • Foster strong departmental relationships through effective communication and correspondence, driving project development and growth. • Implement and enforce robust construction safety procedures and site security protocols to protect people, assets, and the environment. • Optimize the utilization of capital goods, machinery, and equipment to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce costs.
