Executive/ Senior Executive (MIS)

* Spearhead the Factory MIS department, driving strategic growth and excellence in a fast-paced corporate environment. * Architect and maintain the company's ERP system, ensuring seamless implementation, configuration, and daily operations to optimize business performance. * Drive accurate and timely data entry from factory floor operations, supervising the weaving, dyeing, printing, and finishing units to guarantee 100% precision. * Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for factory staff, operators, and users, fostering a culture of ERP adoption and expertise. * Streamline ERP workflows across interconnected departments, including production, inventory, supply chain, and accounts, to eliminate operational bottlenecks and enhance efficiency. * Serve as the primary liaison for troubleshooting ERP-related issues, collaborating with software vendors and developers to resolve system glitches, customize solutions, and implement upgrades. * Design and present actionable daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, data analytics, and dashboards, providing top management with critical insights to inform strategic decision-making. * Champion data integrity, enforcing robust security protocols and reliable backup procedures to safeguard factory operational databases and ensure business continuity. * Pioneer the introduction of automation tools for business reporting, enhancing operational efficiency, tracking, and visibility across factory departments to drive growth and competitiveness.
