* Spearhead inventory management by receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming materials, spare parts, and goods to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Architect and maintain precise stock records using ERP/software and manual logs to drive data-driven decision-making. * Drive operational efficiency by issuing materials to production and other departments as per requisition, ensuring seamless workflow. * Monitor and analyze inventory levels to initiate timely replenishment, mitigating the risk of stock-outs or overstocking. * Ensure the proper tagging, storage, and preservation of materials, adhering to stringent safety and quality standards. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and accounts, to facilitate a smooth and integrated workflow. * Lead store maintenance efforts, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment that meets factory safety guidelines and internal SOPs. * Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation to guarantee inventory accuracy and integrity. * Develop and submit regular inventory and usage reports to management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
