Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead factory operations for Flour and Edible oils production, driving efficiency, quality, and safety excellence.
* Architect and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, aligning with demand forecasts and business objectives.
* Optimize resource allocation, leveraging manpower, machinery, and materials to achieve production targets and maximize output.
* Analyze production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to boost yield, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
* Uphold stringent quality standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
* Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales, to ensure seamless production workflows and material availability.
* Lead high-performing production teams, promoting effective shift management, discipline, and performance monitoring to drive results.
* Drive cost-saving initiatives, focusing on waste reduction, yield improvement, and operational efficiency enhancements.
* Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes, ensuring adherence and consistency across operations.
* Oversee plant maintenance coordination, minimizing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted production to meet business objectives.
* Champion workplace safety, adhering to EHS guidelines, and promoting the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to safeguard employees.
* Coordinate and manage audits, ensuring compliance readiness and addressing regulatory requirements.
* Prepare and present insightful reports on production, efficiency, and operational performance to inform management decisions.
* Pioneer continuous improvement initiatives, embracing lean practices, automation, and process optimization to drive operational excellence and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
Experience
At least 10 years
Education
- B.Sc. in EEE
- Mechanical
- IPE
- or any other relevant discipline
Additional Requirements
- Experience in Flour / Edible Oil / Food processing industry
