Molding Manager

• Spearhead molding operations, overseeing cup molding, foam shaping, heat pressing, and other processes to drive production excellence • Drive achievement of daily and weekly production targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives • Optimize machine performance, focusing on efficiency, capacity utilization, and downtime reduction to maximize output • Champion product quality, adhering to buyer requirements and technical specifications to deliver exceptional results • Foster cross-functional collaboration with IE, Quality, Cutting, and Sewing departments to streamline workflows and enhance overall productivity • Architect and maintain molding machine settings, ensuring precise temperature, pressure, and timing controls to guarantee consistent quality • Pioneer process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to boost efficiency, reduce rejection rates, and enhance overall operational effectiveness • Lead investigative efforts to resolve molding defects, such as wrinkles, burn marks, and shape deviations, to minimize waste and optimize yields • Ensure rigorous compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and buyer requirements, including RSC/Nirapon/Compliance regulations • Develop and mentor molding operators, technicians, and supervisors, empowering them to achieve their full potential and contribute to team success • Analyze and report on production metrics, efficiency, and defect trends, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making • Collaborate with the Technical team to drive new style development, sample approval, and product innovation, staying ahead of industry trends and customer demands • Implement robust mold, tool, and raw material management practices, ensuring proper handling, storage, and maintenance to prevent damage and optimize utilization
