Trainee Sales Officer

* Drive sales growth by regularly visiting end customers, building trust, and fostering strong relationships to achieve assigned targets. * Architect sales forecasts and plans to meet targets, while continuously assessing market trends and customer needs. * Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and dealers, expanding the sales network and driving business expansion. * Analyze market data to inform sales strategies, identify opportunities, and optimize performance. * Motivate and evaluate dealer performance to ensure alignment with sales objectives. * Lead collection efforts by forecasting targets, allocating resources, and committing to recovery goals. * Manage critical accounts, assess market opportunities, and take proactive measures to meet monthly collection targets. * Design and execute promotional events, campaigns, and activities to boost sales and drive revenue growth. * Leverage technical expertise in agricultural sectors, such as tractors, seeds, pesticides, and aquaculture, to provide value-added solutions to customers. * Deliver data-driven sales reports, updates, and performance insights to supervisors and top management, including sales budgets, targets, and justifications. * Provide actionable recommendations to customers, addressing their needs and creating value through tailored product applications. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, and undertake special assignments as directed by management.
