* Spearhead tender and bidding operations to propel business expansion through strategic contract wins * Architect and execute comprehensive tender processes, spanning local and international markets * Develop and refine Bill of Quantities (BOQ), costing, and competitive pricing strategies to drive business competitiveness * Ensure seamless compliance with regulatory requirements, including PPR-2025 and legal documentation * Drive bid submission, negotiation, and contract finalization, fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders * Lead high-performing teams and facilitate cross-functional coordination with internal and external partners * Analyze market trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance win rates and business growth
