Key Responsibilities
* রোগীদের সার্জারির আগে, চলাকালীন এবং পরে বিশেষভাবে যত্ন প্রদান করা।
* সার্জিক্যাল যন্ত্রপাতি এবং অপারেশন থিয়েটার প্রস্তুত ও পরিচালনা করা।
* সার্জারি চলাকালীন ডাক্তার ও অন্যান্য স্বাস্থ্যকর্মীদের সক্রিয়ভাবে সহায়তা প্রদান করা।
* রোগীর স্বাস্থ্য রেকর্ড সঠিকভাবে রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ও আপডেট করা।
* হাসপাতালের নীতি, নির্দেশিকা ও পদ্ধতি কঠোরভাবে অনুসরণ করা।
Requirements
Experience
2 to 3 years
Education
- Diploma in Nursing
- Diploma in Nursing or BSc in Nursing from any recognized nursing institute
Additional Requirements
- Valid registration from Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC)
- At least 2-3 years of real experience working in operation theater (OT)
- In-depth knowledge of surgical procedures, sterilization techniques, and patient care
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions in emergency situations
- Mentality to work with other team members and remain calm under pressure
