Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences by providing warm and professional welcomes to patients and visitors.
• Streamline patient check-in and check-out processes to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries with promptness and precision, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Architect seamless appointment scheduling, confirming patient bookings and optimizing clinic flow.
• Drive data accuracy by maintaining up-to-date patient records and updating information as needed.
• Educate patients on hospital services, policies, and procedures, ensuring informed decision-making.
• Guide patients through test preparation, empowering them with knowledge and confidence.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, reflecting the hospital's commitment to quality care.
• Foster collaborative relationships with medical staff and departments to deliver cohesive patient experiences.
• Lead billing operations, generating and processing patient invoices with accuracy and speed.
• Manage patient payments, handling cash, credit card, and online transactions with efficiency and security.
• Ensure comprehensive patient information records, verifying accuracy and completeness.
• Record and post payments to patient accounts, maintaining transparent and accurate financial records.
• Proactively manage accounts receivable, following up on outstanding invoices to minimize revenue losses.
Requirements
Experience
3 to 5 years
Education
- Bachelor
- Honors
Additional Requirements
- Experience in Hospital sector
- Experience in medical office or hospital environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong knowledge of Billing & Front Desk system
- Computer & Software operating mandatory
