Billing Officer

* Deliver personalized support to patients, educating them on hospital services, including outpatient and inpatient procedures. * Drive seamless communication with patients and their families, outlining key policies and procedures, such as OT services, admissions, and discharge protocols. * Manage financial transactions, accurately processing payments, updating systems, and generating bills for patients. * Develop and submit patient-wise cash settlements to the Finance and Accounts department, ensuring timely and transparent financial management. * Lead exceptional patient experiences, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service from arrival to departure, maximizing patient satisfaction and loyalty. * Address patient concerns and complaints, collaborating with senior management to resolve issues and improve overall patient care. * Drive operational excellence, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management or departmental leaders to support the hospital's mission and goals.
