Trainee Engineer/Engineer - Production (Chemical)

* Spearhead shift transitions by conducting thorough handovers with outgoing engineers, ensuring seamless continuity of plant operations and reporting key updates to supervisors. * Oversee regeneration processes, adhering to established protocols to guarantee consistency and quality. * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including Electrical, Quality Assurance, Mechanical, Store, and Delivery departments, to drive production efficiency. * Lead and mentor process operators, prioritizing task execution, safety compliance, and adherence to workplace standards. * Drive timely product delivery, aligning with sales forecasts and customer demands to meet business objectives. * Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues promptly, minimizing downtime and optimizing production workflows. * Architect and execute plant start-up and shutdown procedures, performing associated operational tasks to ensure smooth transitions. * Conduct regular field visits to monitor and optimize processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
