Key Responsibilities
* Drive strategic growth by leading capture planning, bid management, and pipeline development to maximize World Vision Bangladesh's grant acquisition strategy
* Foster collaborative partnerships with key World Vision Support Offices and regional partners to leverage new opportunities and drive business development investments
* Architect and implement a comprehensive donor research and analytics framework to inform evidence-based decision-making and optimize resource allocation
* Manage and oversee the development of a robust pipeline system, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with regional priorities
* Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute winning grant proposals, including chiefs of party identification, job description development, and cost proposal creation
* Cultivate and strengthen donor relationships through strategic networking, participation in key fora and alliances, and effective communication of World Vision's Christian ethos
* Develop and implement resource diversification strategies to reduce dependence on a single donor or funding stream
* Build capacity and provide training to resource development staff to enhance their skills and expertise in grant acquisition and management
* Facilitate strategic inter-departmental collaboration with program quality, technical, finance, and operations teams to ensure integrated and effective grant management
* Provide critical support to the Refugee Response program development team, ensuring seamless integration and coordination of resources and efforts
* Analyze and report on pipeline performance, win rates, and trends, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement
* Establish and maintain a culture of excellence, demonstrating spiritual leadership and behaviors that embody World Vision's values and mission.
Requirements
Experience
At least 5 years

Education
- Master’s degree in international development
- International Relations
- Rural Development
- Social Science or any related field
Additional Requirements
- Experience with public-private partnerships
- Experience in acquiring funding from private donors (foundations and corporations)
- Robust understanding of World Vision Context
- Demonstrated success achieving high win rate for large bid portfolios
- Up-to-date knowledge of the donor landscape and trends in the development and humanitarian sectors
