Key Responsibilities
* Drive recruitment initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technology to attract top talent, and manage the hiring process from advertisement to onboarding.
* Architect and maintain comprehensive HR documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations, company policies, and procedures.
* Foster a culture of open communication, conducting regular progress reviews and assessments with employees to address concerns, grievances, and development opportunities.
* Develop and implement strategic human resource plans, personnel management policies, and procedures to drive business growth and employee engagement.
* Champion the organization's HR policies, communicating and explaining them to employees to ensure a shared understanding of the company's vision and values.
* Manage the timely distribution of employee compensation, benefits, and entitlements, including salary, bonus, and leave encashment.
* Lead the annual performance evaluation process, providing constructive feedback and coaching to employees to enhance their performance and career development.
* Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee attendance, timesheets, and worklogs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to boost productivity.
* Design and deliver employee onboarding programs, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and setting them up for success in their roles.
* Identify training needs, facilitate internal and external training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Address disciplinary issues promptly and fairly, following established procedures and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
* Conduct exit interviews to gather insights on employee experiences, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance employee retention and satisfaction.
* Collaborate with managers to review and update job descriptions, ensuring they remain relevant, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
* Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance, support, and resolution to concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- BBA/MBA from a reputed university

- Communicate precisely in Bangla and English
