Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth by developing and executing strategic marketing plans that boost product positioning, target audience engagement, and sales performance across various channels and market segments. * Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring the latest industry trends, marketing strategies, and competitor activity, and leverage this knowledge to inform sales targets and actionable plans. * Spearhead new business development by identifying and pursuing opportunities with potential dealers and partners, generating leads, and expanding the customer base. * Architect and implement campaigns that elevate brand awareness, product visibility, and market share, while fostering strong relationships with key customers, fish agents, and farms through regular visits and support. * Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, and market data to craft effective marketing and sales strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Lead group discussions, seminars, and training sessions that educate farmers and stakeholders on best practices in aquaculture management, promoting the company's expertise and thought leadership. * Gather and share competitor intelligence, providing actionable insights that inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition. * Foster strong relationships with farmers through periodic farm visits, ensuring customer retention and providing technical support and guidance on fish fry production, research, and development. * Inform product development and market strategy by reviewing new product progress, providing market feedback, and conducting market surveys to identify high-potential territories for business expansion. * Deliver technical expertise and support to customers, including one-stop assistance for aqua-based clusters, and monitor customer feedback through demonstrations and record-keeping. * Leverage promotional materials to drive sales performance, meet monthly targets, and support customer complaint resolution, ensuring prompt issue escalation and resolution under supervisor guidance.
