Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead daily sales operations across multiple projects, driving business growth and excellence. * Develop and maintain robust sales dashboards, reports, and pipelines to inform strategic decisions. * Facilitate seamless communication between sales teams, leads, and clients, ensuring prompt follow-ups and query resolution. * Collaborate with sales teams to negotiate prices, craft quotations, and develop compelling client proposals. * Manage sales documentation, including booking forms, agreements, and MoUs, with precision and attention to detail. * Ensure accurate data entry in CRM/ERP systems, maintaining up-to-date customer records and insights. * Liaise with Legal and Compliance teams to guarantee thorough documentation and adherence to regulatory standards. * Serve as the primary point of contact for client sales inquiries, providing exceptional support and resolution. * Orchestrate site visits, client meetings, and feedback sessions, fostering strong relationships and brand loyalty. * Analyze sales performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to management through daily, weekly, and monthly reports. * Monitor sales team performance against KPIs and targets, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement. * Uncover sales performance trends, client preferences, and competitor activities, informing strategic business decisions. * Align with Marketing teams to optimize lead management and campaign execution. * Partner with Finance and Accounts to streamline payment schedules, loan processing, and outstanding dues management. * Work in tandem with CRM, Legal, and Registration teams to ensure seamless client handovers and exceptional customer experiences.
