Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead sales growth in the Fan industry through strategic planning and execution
* Lead and manage high-performing sales channels, driving market expansion and revenue increase
* Architect and implement a divisional sales strategy that aligns with overall business objectives, ensuring sales targets are met
* Drive sales team performance, providing regular coaching and feedback to TSMs, RSMs, and Field Officers to optimize results
* Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth, optimizing coverage and expanding the customer base
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, customers, and partners, to build a robust network
* Monitor and respond to competitor activity, developing and implementing effective counter-measures to stay ahead in the market
* Design and propose innovative trade programs, collaborating with management to drive business innovation and growth
* Develop and deliver insightful reports, providing data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions and drive sales strategy
