Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead sales team strategy to drive monthly and yearly revenue growth, exceeding targets and expanding market share * Architect and execute business development plans to penetrate new markets and secure partnerships with key garment factories, buying houses, and sourcing teams * Foster and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty * Drive interlining product sales by delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations * Conduct regular factory visits across key locations to identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and close deals * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and technical, to ensure seamless product delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction * Manage the sales process from sampling and pricing to order fulfillment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery * Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, providing expert solutions for bonding, shrinkage, GSM, and quality performance issues * Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor activity, and identifying emerging opportunities * Develop and deliver data-driven sales reports and performance updates to inform management decisions and optimize sales strategies * Mentor and coach junior sales staff to enhance their skills, performance, and client management capabilities, driving team success and growth

Additional Requirements

  • Strong experience in B2B sales within garments, textile, or interlining industry
  • Proven ability to develop and manage key accounts (garment factories, buying houses)
  • Existing network with merchandisers, sourcing teams, and factory decision-makers
  • In-depth knowledge of interlining products, PES/PA coating, GSM, bonding, shrinkage, and quality standards
  • Ability to handle product sampling, costing, and price negotiation
  • Strong understanding of order follow-up, production coordination, and delivery timelines
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable interlining solutions
  • Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently
  • Leadership skills to manage, train, and motivate sales team members
  • Strong problem-solving ability to handle client complaints and technical issues
  • Good reporting skills (weekly sales reports, pipeline tracking, client updates)
  • Market awareness including competitor analysis and pricing strategies
  • Willingness to travel frequently to industrial areas
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email communication, reporting tools)
