Director - Corporate Services

* Drive strategic and operational excellence as a key member of the Institute's leadership team, advancing ICAB's professional education, regulation, and member services mandate. * Lead the Corporate Services Division, overseeing administration, human resources, and institutional support services to ensure seamless operations. * Architect and manage administrative operations, including property management, procurement, facilities management, and regional offices, to optimize efficiency and productivity. * Foster and maintain strategic relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, professional institutions, development partners, and stakeholders to advance ICAB's interests. * Develop and execute corporate communications, publications, branding, and public relations strategies to elevate the Institute's visibility and reputation. * Coordinate and execute high-profile meetings, conferences, and events that promote the Institute's mission and objectives. * Design and implement corporate training programs, certification initiatives, and strategic partnerships to drive professional development and growth. * Streamline systems, policies, and procedures to ensure effective governance, operational excellence, and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Provide strategic counsel and support to the CEO, enabling the achievement of institutional goals, operational plans, and key performance indicators.
