* Drive compliance with international food safety standards, including HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, BRCGS, and EU regulations, across the entire production cycle. * Lead inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality, freshness, and specification compliance, maintaining meticulous records. * Architect and implement quality control processes, including temperature control, CCPs, and organoleptic properties, to guarantee product excellence. * Manage hygiene, sanitation, and pest control protocols across processing lines, verifying personal hygiene compliance and maintaining accurate records. * Oversee packaging, labelling, and storage operations to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory requirements. * Conduct thorough inspections of finished products prior to shipment, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards. * Develop and deliver training programs to enhance worker awareness of hygiene, food safety, and quality practices, promoting a culture of excellence. * Identify and address non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to maintain compliance with food safety and quality standards. * Coordinate internal and external audits, providing support and preparing for buyer, customer, third-party, and regulatory audits. * Document and report inspections, deviations, and corrective actions, collaborating with production teams to implement CAPA and drive continuous improvement.
