Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead QA/QC operations to ensure end-products meet customer quality requirements within AQL, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Architect and implement initiatives to resolve quality-related issues, fostering a proactive approach to quality management across the business unit.
* Lead the development and maintenance of a robust Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring its effectiveness and sustainability in driving business growth.
* Foster a high-performing quality team, driving them to achieve their KPIs and promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
* Ensure the quality of all materials meets customer requirements, driving corrective and preventive actions as needed to maintain the highest standards.
* Drive pre-production activities, including pre-works on upcoming PCD schedules, to ensure timely PPM for bulk cutting and meet customer deadlines.
* Oversee the end-to-end quality process, guaranteeing that customer requirements are met within set AQL, and coordinate with QA staff to establish quality processes that ensure input quality.
* Develop and implement effective QMS procedures across all areas, ensuring error-free product output and monitoring active and functional quality systems (TLS, In-line, end-line, Audit).
* Analyze and monitor key performance indicators, including DHU % in production, and conduct 100% lot audits for end-products to verify quality prior to packaging.
* Investigate and analyze root causes of reject garments, providing guidance to responsible teams to minimize reject percentages and improve overall quality.
* Develop and implement realistic action plans based on audit findings, driving continuous improvement and quality excellence.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GPQ and MM, to ensure on-time shipment and daily focus on OCD and Final schedules.
* Design and deliver training programs for QA/QC and operation staff, promoting process awareness and best practices.
* Develop and implement HR initiatives, including team-building programs, people recognition, and skill development roadmaps, to foster a high-performing QA/QC team.
* Coordinate daily GPQ activities, including In-Line, Pre-Final, and Final audits, to inform decision-making and drive quality excellence.
* Drive customer satisfaction and top ratings on external technical/QMS audits, ensuring strict adherence to customer specifications and sample approvals.
* Conduct daily routing audits on QMS/SOPs and best practices, promoting process sustainability and continuous improvement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external QA teams, facilitating their visit schedules and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Graduate in any discipline
