Key Responsibilities

* Lead the review of credit-related property documents to deliver informed legal opinions that guide disbursement decisions. * Drive quality control by identifying gaps and discrepancies, and collaborate with branches and internal departments to address document deficiencies. * Foster strategic partnerships with external counsels, attending meetings and providing updates on referred matters to ensure seamless legal representation. * Conduct thorough due diligence on title documents, verifying authenticity and legality through searches at government offices, such as Sub-Registrar and AC (Land) offices. * Architect and maintain a comprehensive database of documentation files, generating reports that meet management's requirements and inform business decisions. * Manage relationships with panel lawyers and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with the bank's objectives. * Champion special projects and tasks as assigned by senior management, driving initiatives that support the bank's growth and success.

Experience

Skills

MS WordExcelTyping in Bengali and EnglishComputer operation

Education

  • Bachelor
  • Honors

Additional Requirements

  • Solid Court/chamber practices experience 3-5 years
  • Membership of a Bangladesh Bar Council and a District Bar
  • Highly skilled in Computer operation including MS Word and Excel
  • Sound typing skill in both Bengali and English
