* Spearhead the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC and Purified Water Generation and Distribution Systems to ensure seamless pharmaceutical plant operations. * Drive the efficient functioning of Air-Cooled Industrial Chillers by maintaining detailed log sheets and providing timely HVAC support. * Oversee the performance of heat exchangers, pumps, blowers, and other critical machines to guarantee a smooth-running HVAC system. * Manage and maintain precise log sheets for the Purified Water Generation System to ensure uninterrupted production. * Monitor and control water treatment systems, including Manganese Sand Filters, Quartz Sand Filters, Activated Carbon Filters, and Softeners, while tracking key water parameters such as conductivity, pH, and hardness. * Operate and monitor Purified Water Generation and Distribution System equipment, including pumps, loops, heat exchangers, and other machinery, to ensure optimal performance. * Architect and implement preventive maintenance schedules, adhering to established criteria and meticulously recording machine service history. * Collaborate with supplier experts and in-house engineering teams to facilitate machine installations, repairs, and validation, driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
