Architect

* Spearhead the design and execution of interior and exterior projects, driving innovation, quality, and efficiency in every aspect. * Architect and deliver comprehensive design concepts, detailed drawings, and authority submissions that exceed client expectations. * Lead cross-functional teams in planning, coordination, and site implementation, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project delivery. * Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices to foster a culture of excellence. * Develop and manage detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and shop drawings, ensuring precision and compliance with design intent. * Collaborate with Design Assistants to produce high-quality drawings and specifications, and supervise their work to ensure consistency and accuracy. * Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including Engineering, PMC, and Supply Chain, to ensure timely and successful project completion. * Drive site implementation plans, conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, provide on-site decisions, and ensure compliance with design and quality standards. * Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, including plumbing and electrical layouts, to ensure compliance with architectural design and regulatory requirements. * Provide expert support to Design & Development and other departments, contributing to the development of innovative design solutions and budgeting strategies. * Foster strong relationships with clients and land owners, addressing design-related issues and ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and collaboration. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation in design and project delivery.
