Assistant Engineer (Electrical), Construction Department

* Spearhead the creation and management of precise electrical drawings, including working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings, to drive efficient project execution. * Design and develop comprehensive electrical layouts, encompassing lighting, power distribution, earthing, and lightning protection systems, in alignment with the Electrical Designer/Engineer's vision. * Drive the production of clear, accurate, and executable working drawings, ensuring timely site implementation and adherence to project deadlines. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Architecture, Structural, and Plumbing, to identify and resolve potential service clashes, ensuring seamless project delivery. * Extract and analyze quantities from approved drawings to inform material estimation and BOQ preparation, supporting procurement and project planning. * Implement robust documentation and version control processes, maintaining organized digital filing systems for all drawings and revisions. * Champion adherence to standard electrical symbols, engineering conventions, and relevant codes, such as BNBC, to ensure regulatory compliance. * Provide real-time support to the engineering team during project execution, delivering swift updates and modifications to drawings as required. * Conduct site visits to verify installation accuracy and compliance with approved drawings, ensuring high-quality project outcomes. * Foster a safe working environment by promoting and implementing safeguarding policies, procedures, and standards, prioritizing the well-being of programme participants, team members, and stakeholders. * Embed a culture of safeguarding excellence, providing guidance, expertise, and support to team members, and encouraging the reporting of incidents to ensure a secure and respectful workplace.
