Key Responsibilities

* Drive project implementation for the Development of Indigenous People (DIP) Sector, ensuring alignment with approved plans and timely reporting to senior management. * Architect and submit comprehensive plans, including monthly activity plans, annual operational plans, and periodic progress reports, to inform strategic decision-making. * Spearhead project planning processes, including log-frame development, indicator selection, and results frameworks, to ensure effective project design and execution. * Design and implement robust Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems, tools, and monitoring applications, ensuring compliance with donor requirements. * Oversee and provide technical guidance to project activities at the field level, conducting regular visits to ensure successful project delivery. * Develop and consolidate detailed implementation plans, MEAL reports, and project reports, including budgets, to facilitate data-driven decision-making. * Facilitate capacity-building initiatives, including MEAL training, coordination meetings, and workshops, to enhance project staff capabilities. * Empower project personnel through coaching, mentoring, and training, strengthening their monitoring capacities and promoting a culture of excellence. * Foster collaborative relationships with the Central MEAL team and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among field, regional, and National Offices. * Champion Caritas Bangladesh's core values, including safeguarding, child protection, asset stewardship, teamwork, and professional conduct, upholding the highest standards of integrity and accountability.

Requirements

Experience

At least 3 years

Skills

Proven work experience with Indigenous Peoples (IPs) in land rights, advocacy, income-generating activities (IGA), and the development of Cooperative Credit Unions (CCUs)Strong interpersonal, networking, analytical, and interpretive skills related to indigenous and minority communitiesHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointStrong written communication skills in both English and Bangla

Education

  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Post-graduation / Master’s degree in a relevant field

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years work experience in similar position in the development of the indigenous sector in any NGO / INGO
