* Spearhead procurement efforts by sourcing medical supplies, negotiating vendor contracts, and streamlining replenishment processes for optimal inventory management. * Drive inventory accuracy by maintaining meticulous records, overseeing receipt, storage, and issuance of goods, and ensuring seamless logistics operations. * Orchestrate timely delivery of essential items to various departments, including O.T., Wards, and Outpatient Departments, using efficient requisition systems. * Ensure precise stock reconciliation, encompassing receiving, issuance, movement, return, and transfer, to maintain inventory integrity. * Analyze consumption patterns to forecast requirements, enabling proactive stock management and minimizing stockouts. * Troubleshoot store management issues to guarantee uninterrupted operations and resolve problems promptly. * Oversee cycle counting, internal audits, and external audits to ensure compliance and transparency. * Conduct quality control checks on incoming products, verifying batch numbers, expiry dates, and product quality through random sampling. * Foster collaborative relationships with suppliers, vendors, and colleagues to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues efficiently. * Address user complaints, inspect faulty products, and facilitate returns or replacements to maintain high customer satisfaction.
