Executive / Senior Executive - Supply Chain (Local Procurement)

* Drive the procurement of electrical, electromechanical, and electronic components, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of critical materials. * Manage vendor relationships for generator and cooling plant spares, including overhauling kits, filters, and spark plugs, to minimize downtime and optimize performance. * Architect a reliable supply chain for oil, lubricants, and grease, catering to both factory and company vehicle needs, including Rex Glory. * Spearhead procurement and operational activities for the company-owned ship, ensuring seamless logistics and compliance. * Lead the procurement process, from vendor selection and price evaluation to transport bill verification, to guarantee efficient delivery of finished goods. * Develop and implement strategic procurement plans, standard operating procedures, and policies to enhance supply chain efficiency. * Conduct market research to identify potential vendors, gather quotations, and negotiate competitive prices to drive business growth. * Analyze market trends, prepare comparative statements, and finalize purchase orders through ERP to ensure data-driven decision-making. * Collaborate with finance and accounts teams to ensure timely bill processing, payment follow-up, and reconciliation. * Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and track price trends and delivery schedules to inform future procurement decisions. * Design and deliver monthly and annual procurement reports, supplier evaluations, and cost-saving statements to stakeholders, highlighting areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
