Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development and execution of a cohesive sales and marketing strategy that drives business growth and aligns with industry best practices.
* Architect and implement periodic sales and marketing plans that propel revenue growth and individual performance.
* Design and deploy trade policies, incentives, and market activation programs that fuel sales and revenue expansion.
* Drive large corporate sales by overseeing bidding, negotiation, and contract finalization processes.
* Foster long-term partnerships with key corporate clients through strategic relationship-building and account management.
* Harmonize marketing and brand communication initiatives with trade and corporate sales objectives to maximize impact.
* Monitor and analyze competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies to inform business decisions.
* Develop and recommend pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
* Create and deliver compelling sales and marketing presentations that engage clients and drive results.
* Provide daily performance insights to top management, enabling data-driven decision-making.
* Develop and execute comprehensive corporate marketing strategies that elevate brand positioning and reputation in the real estate sector.
* Champion a consistent brand image across all communication channels, including digital, print, and outdoor media.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing corporate marketing team, cultivating creativity, innovation, and accountability.
* Develop and implement CSR and community engagement initiatives that enhance corporate reputation and social responsibility.
Requirements
Experience
7 to 10 years
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Additional Requirements
- Sales & Marketing experience in pharmaceutical sector
- Proven experience in Real Estate or Land Development industry
- Strong exposure to both trade sales channels and corporate / project sales
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead large teams and drive performance across regions
