* Spearhead digital product development, from conceptualization to launch, by gathering requirements and designing innovative solutions. * Foster collaboration between business, technical, and UX/UI teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and design implementation. * Architect user-centric designs by working closely with UX/UI teams to prioritize practicality and usability. * Orchestrate cross-functional stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, and execution to drive alignment and efficiency. * Drive go-to-market strategies and launch readiness for new products and features, ensuring timely and successful market entry. * Champion end-to-end product delivery, encompassing requirement finalization, stakeholder alignment, UAT, and launch preparation. * Monitor and analyze post-launch performance, leveraging data-driven insights to inform product optimization and growth. * Develop, track, and report key product KPIs, providing actionable insights into adoption, activation, usage, conversion, and feature performance. * Uncover trends, pain points, and growth opportunities by analyzing merchant, user, and product data, and identifying areas for improvement. * Partner with the data team to define requirements, conduct analysis, and create informative dashboards. * Support strategic product decisions and cross-functional coordination, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment. * Engage with merchants and users through market visits and feedback sessions, gathering valuable insights to inform product enhancements.
