• Drive quality control initiatives by conducting rigorous testing of aggregates, bitumen, and asphalt mix to ensure compliance with industry standards. • Architect and implement quality management plans, adhering to Marshall Mix Design and Job Mix Formula (JMF) requirements. • Oversee temperature control measures during production, loading, and laying to guarantee optimal results. • Manage the consistency of gradation and bitumen content to maintain high-quality outputs. • Lead the maintenance of lab equipment, ensuring calibration and proper functioning to support accurate testing. • Supervise field testing operations during asphalt laying and concrete pouring, ensuring adherence to quality protocols. • Maintain meticulous records, including QC reports, test results, and daily quality logs, to inform data-driven decisions. • Deliver timely quality reports to management, providing insights on daily, weekly, and monthly performance. • Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and regulatory standards. • Identify and address quality issues, developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production quality and cost efficiency. • Coordinate with production, site, and maintenance teams to align quality control efforts and drive business outcomes. • Communicate effectively with project consultants and client representatives during inspections, ensuring transparency and trust. • Monitor and control the production quality of the Asphalt Mix Plant, driving excellence and consistency in every output.
