* Lead the operation and maintenance of hatchery equipment, including incubators, chillers, air conditioners, and egg grading machines, to ensure seamless functionality. * Drive the optimization of air conditioning systems to achieve 99% efficiency within the egg store, maintaining a controlled environment. * Manage the performance of hatcher machines, monitoring temperature, humidity, ventilation, and mechanical systems to guarantee optimal conditions. * Oversee generator operations, performing routine checks on components such as radiators, fan belts, and charging systems, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. * Architect and implement maintenance schedules for substation devices, including LT/HT panel boards and PFI panel boards, to prevent equipment failures. * Spearhead proactive maintenance, ensuring 100% resolution of machinery issues during shift hours and maintaining accurate checklists to track progress. * Ensure the tray washing machine operates at 100% efficiency, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain peak performance. * Develop and execute maintenance strategies for screw-type water chillers, aiming for a breakdown rate of less than 2% and minimizing production disruptions. * Execute additional tasks and projects as assigned by superiors, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.
