* Spearhead seamless communication with buyers, driving order development and execution through proactive updates and timely issue resolution. * Oversee order lifecycle, from initial sampling to final shipment, ensuring meticulous tracking and prompt intervention when needed. * Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Production, Planning, QA, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to guarantee on-time delivery and exceed buyer expectations. * Develop and disseminate regular order status reports, providing buyers with transparent insights into order progress and fostering trust through open communication. * Architect the sampling process, expertly managing development, fit, size set, pre-production, and production samples to meet buyer requirements and quality standards. * Drive the sample submission and approval process, ensuring timely feedback and incorporating buyer comments to maintain development timelines and meet deadlines. * Lead Pre-Production (PP) meetings, effectively communicating requirements to production teams and setting the stage for successful execution. * Proactively monitor bulk production progress, identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact delivery timelines. * Foster strong relationships with buyers through responsive email communication, timely follow-up, and approval management. * Provide exceptional support for buyer visits, meetings, and factory coordination, ensuring a positive experience and reinforcing partnerships.
