Production Planner

* Drive production planning by developing and executing daily, weekly, and monthly strategies to meet business objectives * Architect achievable daily targets by breaking down order quantities and allocating workload across production stages * Manage production capacity and scheduling to optimize efficiency and productivity * Lead production monitoring efforts, tracking order progress, and identifying areas for improvement * Analyze production data to identify delays, bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to drive efficiency * Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular follow-up and feedback * Oversee data management and reporting, leveraging Excel to maintain production planning data and generate daily reports * Develop and distribute key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, including production and efficiency reports * Monitor line performance and productivity status to inform data-driven decisions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Merchandising, IE, and Inventory, to ensure seamless workflow and communication * Coordinate materials readiness and production status to prevent delays and optimize production flow * Ensure inventory and material planning is accurate and up-to-date, checking yarn, trims, and accessories availability to prevent production stoppages * Utilize advanced Excel functions and planning tools to maintain planning sheets and support production planning * Leverage ERP or production planning systems to streamline processes and improve delivery planning * Assist in timeline and delivery planning to meet customer expectations and drive business growth
