* Drive teacher capacity development by designing and delivering comprehensive training sessions, focusing on key subject areas and pedagogical best practices to enhance classroom instruction. * Lead monthly refresher training sessions, tailored to address teachers' needs and monthly learning objectives, to ensure consistent skill development and improvement. * Conduct regular school visits to provide coaching, monitor teaching practices, and identify areas for growth, ultimately enhancing the quality of education delivered. * Empower staff, trainers, and resource persons by developing and implementing training-of-trainers (ToT) programs, orientations, and capacity-building sessions to strengthen their training capabilities. * Architect and update training modules, informed by thorough needs assessments and reviews of existing learning materials, to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with project goals. * Foster a culture of safeguarding by protecting programme participants, team members, and individuals interacting with the organization from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA). * Manage and support the implementation of safeguarding standards and protocols, serving as a key point of contact and resource for the team, to ensure a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders.
