* Spearhead environmental assessments, leveraging site visits, data analysis, and stakeholder insights to pinpoint potential risks and craft proactive mitigation strategies. * Architect comprehensive environmental management plans that prioritize sustainability, minimize ecological footprints, and drive compliance with regulatory requirements. * Drive environmental compliance and risk mitigation efforts by delivering expert recommendations, strategic guidance, and tailored solutions to clients. * Champion sustainable practices and environmental stewardship, advising clients on best-in-class approaches, regulatory requirements, and permit acquisition processes. * Foster strong client relationships through regular meetings, effective communication, and a deep understanding of client needs and expectations. * Embark on frequent field visits to remote and project-affected areas, ensuring firsthand knowledge of environmental conditions and project impacts. * Stay abreast of evolving environmental laws, regulations, and industry trends, applying this expertise to inform project decisions and drive business growth. * Collaborate on the development of compelling Expression of Interest (EOI) and Project Proposal (PP) documents for local and international projects, showcasing environmental expertise and value proposition. * Facilitate seamless coordination with international and national consultants, experts, and partner organizations, ensuring timely and high-quality project deliverables. * Provide regular progress updates and insights to department heads and project managers, enabling data-driven decision-making and effective project implementation.
