Key Responsibilities

* Drive the delivery of comprehensive case management services to children affected by violence, exploitation, abuse, or neglect, ensuring timely and effective support. * Identify and prioritize high-risk cases through proactive outreach, referrals, and assessments, developing tailored case plans that address the unique needs of each child and family. * Lead the implementation of case plans, providing ongoing guidance, emotional support, and referrals to ensure the well-being and safety of children and families. * Manage and supervise a Case Management Support Volunteer, providing regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to enhance their skills and expertise. * Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, local authorities, and partner organizations, to ensure a coordinated and effective response to child protection concerns. * Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date case records, adhering to standard documentation processes and data protection protocols to ensure confidentiality and security. * Conduct regular home visits, phone calls, and reviews to monitor progress, provide support, and address emerging needs or concerns. * Architect and implement supportive supervision and coaching frameworks to enhance the capacity of case management teams and volunteers. * Coordinate case conferences and multidisciplinary support services for complex cases, ensuring children receive comprehensive and specialized care. * Champion child protection and safeguarding principles, promoting a culture of safety, respect, and dignity within the organization and among partners. * Drive the collection and analysis of feedback from beneficiaries, using insights to inform service improvements and enhance the overall quality of case management services. * Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies, codes of conduct, and standard operating procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and accountability. * Represent the organization in external forums and meetings, promoting its mission, values, and commitment to child protection and safeguarding.

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the field of child protection
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Knowledge of child protection systems in Bangladesh
  • Fluent in Chittagong dialect
