Key Responsibilities

* Drive corporate sales growth by developing and executing strategic plans that meet business objectives. * Champion the sales of Rupayan Group's diverse portfolio of residential and commercial products. * Architect and implement targeted outdoor visit plans to engage with key decision-makers. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through meticulous research and lead generation. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers through proactive phone outreach. * Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized consulting services. * Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring alignment with business goals. * Develop and manage effective sales plans, optimizing resources to achieve targets within budget and deadline constraints. * Coordinate project visits for clients, providing tailored support to meet their needs. * Collect and process necessary documents from prospective customers, ensuring seamless sales processes. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring data-driven decision-making. * Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, providing actionable feedback to supervisors and stakeholders.

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
