Key Responsibilities
* Architect and manage a comprehensive company-wide training calendar, ensuring seamless execution of initial and refresher training programs
* Design and deliver engaging training sessions, handling logistics, materials, and technical requirements to create an immersive learning experience
* Develop and produce high-quality training materials that drive employee growth and development
* Drive continuous improvement by analyzing employee feedback, identifying areas for enhancement, and recommending innovative training solutions
* Stay ahead of industry trends, researching and recommending cutting-edge training programs, learning management systems, and technologies to elevate employee skills
* Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to influence training strategies and promote a culture of learning
* Provide regular training reports, insights, and recommendations to inform business decisions
* Maintain accurate records of training attendance, ensuring compliance and data-driven decision making
* Foster cross-functional partnerships to support documentation, knowledge sharing, and other initiatives as needed
* Embed safeguarding principles into all aspects of training, ensuring a safe and respectful work environment for all team members
* Champion and promote the organization's safeguarding policy, providing guidance, support, and expertise to establish a culture of safety and well-being
* Proactively identify and report potential safeguarding concerns, following established protocols and encouraging others to do the same
* Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to safeguarding and promoting a positive, inclusive work environment that supports the well-being of all employees
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management
Additional Requirements
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely organized with attention to detail
- Interested in public speaking and training
- Ability to deal with different types of people
- Ability to process and present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Basic knowledge in Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be added advantage
- Willing to travel outside of Dhaka as per business requirement
