Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the operation and management of the Agricultural Business Service Center (ABSC), driving business growth and farmer support.
* Empower agri-producers and farmers by developing and implementing value chain strategies, marketing systems, and production functions for Group and Individual Income Generating Activities.
* Foster strategic partnerships with market actors, input-output suppliers, Aggregation Centers, and supply chain stakeholders to enhance ABSC and farmer capabilities.
* Collaborate with the ABSC committee, organizations, donors, and service providers to craft business plans and strategies that propel growth.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including service providers, market actors, and project partners, to facilitate business development and market promotion.
* Build capacity and mobilize ABSC Committee members to ensure effective communication, documentation, and sustainability.
* Facilitate field visits, meetings, and workshops, ensuring seamless coordination with donors, government entities, and other stakeholders.
* Coordinate with Aggregation Centers, market actors, government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to drive project success.
* Develop and submit high-quality reports, adhering to established formats and guidelines, to supervisors and donor focal points within designated timelines.
* Implement and monitor the project's M&E Framework, tracking performance and reporting results through standardized formats and ODK.
* Identify and mitigate risk triggers, maintaining incident, CFM, and lessons learned registers, and informing supervisors and donors accordingly.
* Design and facilitate assessments, surveys, workshops, and meetings at various levels, including Union, Upazila, and District levels.
* Participate in progress sharing meetings, coordination meetings, departmental meetings, and sector/cluster meetings, ensuring effective networking and collaboration.
* Prepare comprehensive project reports, including event reports, transaction reports, and quarterly/monthly reports, ensuring data quality and proper documentation.
* Align project activities with organizational objectives, goals, mission, vision, policies, and strategies, driving overall success and impact.

Education
- Masters in Agricultural Economics
- Masters in Business Administration
- Masters in Marketing
- Masters in Economics
Additional Requirements
- Team management and team building capacity
- Written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
- Computer literacy
- Respect on gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity
- Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary
- Able to drive a motorbike with valid motorbike driving license
- Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.
