Executive (Fabrics Planning in Textile)

* Spearhead order status monitoring and collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to drive effective production and shipment planning through regular schedule meetings. * Architect optimal capacity planning strategies, leveraging available resources to minimize costs and maximize profitability. * Proactively track production status, conducting root cause analyses and implementing swift solutions to ensure seamless operations when deviations from plans occur. * Foster strong relationships with operational teams to guarantee timely product delivery, optimal equipment utilization, and efficient manpower allocation. * Facilitate cross-functional meetings with department heads to enhance performance, drive achievement, and align teams towards shared goals. * Review and refine production plans, ensuring capacity, strength, and timely shipment targets are met, and making adjustments as needed. * Analyze and evaluate production plans, assessing operational performance and identifying areas for improvement. * Lead and motivate store, IE, and planning staff to ensure timely raw material arrival, maintain production schedules, and drive overall efficiency. * Develop and execute emergency plans to mitigate crisis situations, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption. * Design and maintain master plans, including capacity plans, order booking plans, loading plans, and daily and monthly production status reports, to inform data-driven decision-making.
